The Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) deadline is approaching. By the end of December 2008 all firms need to demonstrate to the FSA that they are consistently complying with the principles of TCF. The TCF principles aim to raise standards in the way firms carry on their business by introducing changes that will benefit consumers and increase their confidence in the financial services industry.
