Case Manager is an integrated ‘back office’ case management system, for case administration following use of the Point-of-Sale Prospector AAA. By using Trigold Prospector and Case Manager together we have the best-of-breed offline point of sale and case management system.
Case Manager is designed to pick up the case once you have sourced and selected a product, the case can be passed to Case Manager for case tracking and processing.
Case Manager has been designed to computerise the daily management of cases to help intermediaries run their businesses as efficiently as possible, whilst ensuring all compliance and TCF elements are covered off.
