Complete Mortgage and Loan Services [CMLS], has announced that it has created an electronic link with Trigold’s E-Trading Centre [ETC], the most widely supported mortgage trading platform in the UK.  

The CMLS form on ETC enables a seamless electronic transfer of client data contained within the form directly back into the Dashboard back office processing system eliminating the need to retype, or re-enter any information, saving time and allowing the case to progress more quickly, essential in today’s market. Its full integration with Trigold’s Electronic Trading Centre (ETC) will allow brokers access to electronic application-in-principles (AIPs) and full mortgage applications from Trigold’s Prospector AAA mortgage sourcing system.

Complete Mortgage and Loan Services will benefit from a direct process that is quick and easy with Trigold’s original pre-population technology taking information input during the search process and transferring it into the AIP form. This enables the turnaround time of the application to be processed more quickly, and removes most of the opportunity for user error with client details and can help particularly with multiple applications.
