Direct Financial Services, has announced a full integration with Trigold’s E-Trading Centre, enabling it to send full mortgage applications electronically to the 19 lenders on their panel.   

Direct Financial Services is an independently owned company trading for 8 years and as a member of Exclusive Connections, Direct FS have access to a number of mortgage networks and a vast range of exclusive products.  Direct Financial Services also have a range of exclusive products listed on their customised version of Trigold.

Direct Financial Services’ brokers will now benefit from a direct process that is quick and easy with Trigold's innovative pre-population technology taking information input during the search process, and transferring it in to the application form. This speeds up the turnaround time of the application and removes the opportunity for user error with client details.

Alex Knaggs, joint managing director at Direct Financial Services said: “The generic form we will be using on the system can be use for all the lenders on our panel, and is suitable for all networks, whether they deal with us under our own name or under the ‘Exclusive Connections’ banner. For brokers the advantages of electronic trading are enormous not least that it is quicker to transmit information, thus speeding up the application process. It also means brokers don’t have to re-key information saving valuable time for the individual advisor. The initial client information they originally input in order to source the deal on the system, is automatically carried through on to the application form for direct transmission to us.
