Trigold has today announced that West Brom for Intermediaries, the specialist lending subsidiary of the West Brom Building Society, has signed up to ENC, the Enhanced Non-Conforming sourcing module. ENC lenders represent 95% of the non-conforming market and the system presents their products of all 26,000 Trigold users and 80 white labelled versions of the software.

ENC has gained acclaim amongst brokers as the most accurate, sophisticated and easiest way to source non conforming mortgages as Lender’s individual underwriting criteria are included in the system and products are sourced upon individual credit conditions whether CCJs, arrears etc.

Richard Scott, National Sales Manager at West Brom for Intermediaries said:

"For many brokers, using ENC is the foundation of an end to end solution for recommending non-conforming loans. The system brings a new level of accuracy to the process and this is vital in showcasing our product benefits to the market. Mortgage brokers need to recommend these products with confidence and that’s what ENC provides.”

David Thompson, sales director at Trigold, commented:

“West Bromwich for Intermediaries has an excellent reputation in the intermediary market and especially within the non-conforming market, so we are delighted to have their products listed and verified on ENC to enable Trigold users to make accurate and precise product comparisons.  Sourcing systems are an integral part of the mortgage sales process and with that comes a responsibility to provide intermediaries with the tools to be able to accurately access products from their favourite lenders.

“We’re looking forward to working with West Brom for Intermediaries to bring even more of their proposition to our users.”
