Independent survey puts Trigold on top

An independent survey commissioned by Mortgage lenders has confirmed Trigold as the most popular sourcing system for a third year running with almost 7 out of 10 brokers using their system. Rising from less than 30% of the market in 2005, Trigold is now three times larger than its closest rival.

Mortgage Achilles is BDRC’s syndicated study of mortgage retention and acquisition, established 1996. BDRC*is a leading financial services research supplier who conduct research for most of the UK’s top banks, building societies and insurance companies.

Trigold scored particularly highly in terms of comprehensiveness, which demonstrates how highly brokers value a system with all products, not merely a selection.

Tony Wornell, director at BDRC who produced the survey said; “For the third year running, our independent research proves that Trigold are by far the most dominant sourcing system used within the intermediary market”

Martin Colyer
, CEO for Trigold, said: “This result is obviously a terrific endorsement of the Trigold system and I think above all demonstrates that we’re a company that genuinely seeks continual growth. Mortgage brokers are really switching on to the fact that Trigold offers so much more than just mortgage sourcing and this is due mainly to the fact that we listen and act on intermediary feedback. So many of our developments borne out of feedback sessions with brokers, packager, networks and lenders. Sourcing systems are an integral part of the mortgage sales process and with that comes a responsibility to provide intermediaries with the tools they need to do their job quickly easily and comprehensively.”
